This past Saturday we did what some people dread to do. We washed clothes for others. This is a task that we enjoy doing!
We provided this service to 7 Laundry Patrons which allowed 12 Laundry Angels to wash, dry, and fold their laundry.
We get so excited when we see new faces. Thank you Nikki, Tiffany, Bobbie, Nancy, Naya, Heather, Elizabeth (YMSL), and Truett (YMSL) for joining the team. We truly hope that you enjoyed your time with us. We hope to see you again soon.
We wouldn’t know what to do without those who have continuing to support this project. Thank you Ebonie, Donnielle, Ivory, and Marlon for your dedication. Thank you for believing in the vision.
And the games continue! If you don’t know, now you do, our games NEVER have names but it’s all about fun so that’s all that matters to us, LOL. Each volunteer had 2 balloons with a short string attached to each balloon. The strings were attached to each volunteer’s leg. The object of the game was to make sure you weren’t caught with your balloon touching the floor. It was hilarious! Everyone looked like they were marching! LOL
We absolutely love, love, love giving away prizes. We would like to thank Elizabeth for being the FIRST person to arrive on time for Operation Clean Clothes.
