VOLUNTEER NOW
You can make a difference today. It starts with believing things can change.
We Love Our Volunteers!
In 2015, Mission Accomplished began the project entitled Operation Clean Clothes (OCC) to assist the homeless community, including veterans, with their laundry care needs. We pick up the clothes of the homeless from designated locations and wash them. Mission Accomplished’s belief is this integrated approach increases the self-esteem and confidence of individuals, which will ultimately result in them being more productive.
To sustain Operation Clean Clothes, we need volunteers! Volunteer activities include:
- Drivers with vehicles (regular cars will do)
- Clerks
Volunteers load and unload items into washers, label washers per load, dry, fold, and return the items to each individual. Until now we didn’t realize that washing laundry can be fun! It’s great for families with kids and groups of friends. Operation Clean Clothes happens every 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.
CHANGE A LIFE TODAY
There’s a lot to do and we need your help. There’s no experience required. Only you can help make a difference.
